Finding the right restaurant space requires a commitment of time and energy from a professional willing to go a step further, dig deeper and use every means available to uncover opportunities that others may overlook.  I'm out in the street every day and stay in constant contact with leasing agents and landlord reps.  I'm active in local organizations, have a network of personal and professional contacts - and am constantly updating my  portfolio of listings. I'll worked with the toughest landlords, the most discerning restaurateurs and some of the biggest restaurant brokers in the business. I know what landlords are looking for and how to present my customers as highly desirable tenants. I am a expert problem solver, so should you find the choices limited, I'll be able to suggest alternatives. 

Bio:  A card carrying member of the New York State Restaurant Association, the International Foodservice Editorial Council, Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Marjorie's active participation in many food and restaurant industry events keeps her well informed of the needs and requirements of business owners. Marjorie believes that her success is predicated on commitment, dedication to finding the best location for her customers, and ensuring everyone involved, from tenant to attorney to contractor to landlord and community board, has a a positive experience.  Her approach to service has enhanced her successes at gaining new customer referrals, as well as repeat customers and new friends.
